Structure: Top quality steel profile with an oval section of 100x40 mm, with a nominal wall thickness of 2 mm, it is closed along its entire length and cold drawn, the steel used being of the type ST-33 with a tensile strength greater than 33 Kg / mm2.
The structure is made up of 2 sides with two oval tubes forming an inverted "T" that are joined at the bottom by another tube with similar characteristics and at the top by the deck frame itself, a circular tube with a diameter of 25 mm and 1.5 mm of nominal thickness of the steel wall, where the regulation system is incorporated.
All tubes have finials at their ends, which are made of black ribbed PVC, thus protecting the edges of the user's tubes and avoiding chafing, scratches and clothing snags.
The structure is formed by welding, avoiding any burr or crack, and complying with DIN 1623 and DIN 2394 standards.
The structure is finished with epoxy paint, after washing, phosphating and passivating the profiles, drying in the oven at 200oC for 10 minutes.
Levellers and height regulators are placed below, which absorb possible anomalies that the floor may present, achieving a stable, solid and very practical delineation position.
- Possibility of inclination and elevation by springs that allow raising it automatically without any effort. The blocking is carried out by means of a multiple blade system activated by regulation knobs; one for the inclination of the table and the other two for the height. The support base is completely removable.
